Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has been given the greenlight to sign Lazio’s exciting midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
Reports over the weekend suggest he thinks highly enough of Sergej Milinkovic-Savic to pay the thick end of £95 million for the Lazio and Serbia midfielder next summer.
The 22-year-old has also been attracting interest from Manchester City and Liverpool, according to reports reaching Aeroberry.com, Mourinho has made the decision to push ahead with a move for the Serbia international next summer.
Talent spotters from the Red Devils were in the stands last weekend to watch Milinkovic-Savic’s superb performance in Lazio’s 2-1 win over Sampdoria.
With his side 1-0 behind with just ten minutes to go, the youngster pounced on a loose ball in the box to fire his side level but his impact would not end there.
Earlier this week, Milinkovic-Savic’s agent Mateja Kezman insisted that the midfielder would not be sold by Lazio. “The only person who can act on behalf of Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is myself,” former Chelsea striker told TMW.
