– PSG forward Neymar has labeled himself the best player in the world

– However, the Brazilian says Messi and Ronaldo are not from this world as they are way better than the rest
Paris Saint Germain superstar Neymar Jr has branded himself the best footballer in the world with no disrespect with the duo of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
The 26-year-old broke set a new world record in football transfer following his mega move to the Parc Des Princes in the summer of 2017 in a deal valued at €222million.
Neymar has been linked with another super move to Real Madrid just one season into his contract with the Parisians having helped them win three domestic titles in the 2017-18 season.
However, the Brazilian believes both Messi and Argentina are way above every other players while insisting that he is the best of the rest.
The two superstars have won ten Ballons d’Or between themselves – five each as they have dominated football’s grandest individual award for the past decade.
And the former Barcelona winger has been considered a worthy candidate to break the dominance of the two players mentioned above.
Neymar and Ronaldo exchange pleasantries before a match
“The two who are above all others today are Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi,” Neymar said to Brazilian YouTube channel Desimpedidos.
“For all modesty, today I am the best player in the world – because they are from another planet.”
Neymar has twice finished third in the Ballon d’Or voting behind Ronaldo and Messi but could compete for the 2018 prize should he shine in Russia with Brazil.
NAIJ.com previously reported that Neymar is aspiring to be just like Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo claiming the he is the benchmark over Lionel Messi.
The Brazil international has threatened to dethrone both Ronaldo and Messi, who have won five Ballon d’Ors between them in the last 10 years.
The 26-year-old who moved from Barcelona to PSG, played alongside Messi at Barcelona, and he is now rumoured to be teaming up with Ronaldo at the Bernabeu next season with reports suggesting the Brazilian star is unhappy in France.
