New Updates:

Man Utd Say No To Pogba, Neymar Switch

Manchester United have rejected Paris Saint-Germain’s offer to swap Neymar for Paul Pogba, according to reports.

Pogba has made it clear that he wants to leave United this summer and is wanted by Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid.

Neymar, meanwhile, had told PSG’s hierarchy that he does not want to stay at the club, while reports claim that the Brazilian favours a return to Barcelona.

According to The Independent, PSG have attempted to offload Neymar by offering him to United in a potential exchange deal with Pogba.

But the report claims that United’s executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward has rejected PSG’s proposal for two main reasons.

The first is that Neymar’s £900,000-a-week salary is too expensive for United, and could cause even more problems with the club’s wage structure.

Woodward also declined the chance to sign Neymar as he wants to keep Pogba at Old Trafford. The World Cup winner has spent three seasons at United after returning in an £89 million deal from Juventus in 2016.
